LIBRARY NEWS

AAAAH WHAT A FEED I HAD PLANNED FOR MY BABIES YESTERDAY .

THEY GOT SICK AT THE LAST MINUTE AND DIDNT COME BUT I HAD  COOKED A HAM AND MADE A HUGE SALAD HAD CUT VEGGIES  AND FRESH CUT FRUIT .WAS GONNA MAKE ENCHILADAS BOTH STEAK AND VEGETARIAN TYPE,                                                                                            

PINEAPPLE , PEARS ,BANANAS , ORANGES . AVOCADO GUACAMOLE.

AND FOR BREFFUS AN OMELETTE POTATOES HAM AND TOAST WITH ENGLISH BREAKFAST BREAD AND CHERRY JAM.  JUICE  AND COFFEE FOR ME AND DAD.

AH WELL NOW I HAVE ENOUGH FOOD FOR ME AND DAD UNTIL WE TIRE OF IT AND WHEN WE DO ILL MAKE THOSE ENCHILADAS .

DAD AGAIN IS THE SUBJECT OF MY OBSERVATIONS. I GOT A LIBRARY CARD  IN PHOENIX  AND I DO NOT PAY FOR IT AND DAD USES IT ALL THE TIME INFACT I RARELY GET TO USE IT BECAUSE HE NEEDS A LOT OF BOOKS   AND YET HE DISAPPROVES OF MY FREE CARD WHEN HE PAYS FOR HIS.

ANOTHER QUIRK HE HAS HAHHA. GREED FOR BOOKS AND  NO MORAL SENSE WITH MY STUFF ONLY WITH HIS.

TOMORROW WE ARE GOING TO MIMIS TO MEET WITH OUR WAITRESS AT MIMIS AND MEET HER NEW BABY. I GOT HIM A SILVER SET SPOON FORK AND A BABY BLANKY WITH A HIS NAME ON IT AND A LIL BEAR TOP. ITS SO CUTE.

SHE IS OUR FAVORITE WAITRESS EVER.

LAST WEEK I DIDNT DO MY EXERCISES AT THE REHAB CENTER BECAUSE EVERY TIME I DID I WOULD HAVE SEVERE PAIN IN MY LEGS AND KNEES SO I GAVE IT A REST AND TODAY IM GOING BACK. I WONDER WHY THEY TELL YOU TO KEEP WORKING  THEM AND WHEN YOU DO YOU CAN HARDLY WALK?  RIGHT NOW IM IN GREAT SHAPE I ONLY HAVE  PAIN IN BED WHEN IM LYING DOWN WHEN IT GETS TOO BAD I USE A PILLOW SUPPORT.

ONE OF THE MYSTERIES OF  PAIN AND USE OF BODY. I DO BELEIVE THOUGH, THAT  YOU CAN WEAR OUT YORU KNEES BY TOO MUCH EXERCISE I WAS THE OEN WHO WORKED OUT EVERY DAY AT THE CLUB AND TOOK BALLET LESSONS AND ATONE TIME I USED TO JOG. WELL FOLKS I JOGGED MYSELF OUT OF ALL MY CARTILEGE IN MY KNEES.  YOU CAN NO LONGR CONVINCE ME THAT EXERCISE IS GOOD FOR YOU IN EXCESS. I THINK HAD I STUCK TO LONG WALKS I WOULD NOT HAVE SUFFERED THIS MESS AALSO I SLEPT ON A PAD ON THE FLOOR FOR YEARS  THAT CANT HAVE BEEN GOOD AS I GOT UP ON MY KNEES EVERY MORNING AND IN MY YOUNGER YEARS I SCRUBBED FLOORS ON MY HANDS AND KNEES.   

NEW THEORY :IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR KNEES EXERCISE EVERY DAY.

PEOPLE WHO ARE 10 TO 15 YEARS YOUNGER THAN I ARE BRAGGING THEY CAN WORK OUT DAILY HAHHA  DO THEY EVER HAVE A SURPRISE COMING !!! I DIDNT FALL APART OR START TIL I WAS ABOUT 63 THATS WHEN MY KNEES WERE  STARTING TO GO  I HAD PAIN IN THEM AND DIDNT KNOW WHAT IT WAS.

SNOOTY ASSHOLES . ILL LIVE LONG ENOUGH TO SEE THEIR COME UPPANCE.

I WONT SAY I TOLD YOU SO THOUGH. ILL BE KIND AND I WONT SAY YOU NEED TO KEEP MOVING THAT IS BAD FOR IT YOU NEED NEW KNEES IS WHAT YOU NEED.

MY LEFT KNEE IS ALMOST COMPLETELY HEALED NOW IT DOESNT  BOTHER ME ANYMORE

TAKES A FULL YEAR TO REALLY GET WELL.

AND THE YOUNGER YOU ARE WHENYOU FIX YORU KNEES THE FASTER YOU HEAL.

BUT I STILL CANNOT KNEEL  AND THE DOC SAID DO NOT KNEEL IUNTIL YOURE FULLY HEALED. A MAN WHO HAD HIS KNEES BOTH DOEN AT AGE 62 HAD A QUICKR RECOVERY THAN I HIS AGE MADE THE DIFFERENCE. BYE FOR NOW.
