GREEN THUMB WOMAN

MY SON TOLD ME TO WRITE IN MY BLOG THAT I AM A GREEN THUMB WOMAN BECAUSE I LIVE IN THE DESERT  AND EVERYTHING I PLANT GROWS  OUR  PATIO IS COVERED WITH POTS I PLANTED THINGS IN  AND THEY LOOK PRETTY GREEN I DONT  ALWAYS HAVE GOIOD LUCK IF ITS A COOL WESTHER PLANT THEY DONT LAST PAST APRIL BECAUSE OUR WEATHER HEATS UP SHORTLY AFTER THIS.

RIGHT NOW  WE ARE TRYING TO GROW TABASCO PEPPERS FOR SON # 3  WHO STATES THAT THYE CAN ONLY BE  FOUND SOEMWHERE IN MEXICO  I LOOKED IN MEXICO AND DISCOVERED THAT TABASCO MEX NO LONGEWR GROWS THOSE PEPPERS THEY ARE ALL NOW IN A SOUTHERN STATE WHERE HEY MAKE TABASCO SAUCE AND FINDING SEEDS WAS A REAL CHALLENGE I NOW HAVE ABOUT 5 PACKETS OF TABASCO SEEDS AND HAD PLANTED 2 OF  THEM I RECEIVESD THE OTHER DAY.

Sounds like you are going to be hot tomale. I can see the smoke coming out of hubby's ears right now. (smile) I love plants...but I either overwater them or neglect them. So I had once bought one of those vases that was in the form of a woman with a big hat and pearl drop earrings. I placed the roots of my ivy plant directly into the container and filled it with water. It sat on my desk at work under flourescent light and ...whaddyaknow...it grew like crazy. Years later, I learned it was an experiment in hydroponics. Yet I was only seventeen at the time and more interested in music. However, Green Thumb Woman, you must be a pretty nice person that even plants love to be around you. ---angel
