TODAY I AM COOKING A ROASTED CHICKEN THAT I COVERED WITH BASIL UNDER THE SKIN AND ON TOP AND WITH SEA SALT I HAD TO WASH THE LIL SUCKER FOIRST INA STERILIZED SINK SO AS TO PREVENT GERMS AND STUFF THEN I TRIMMED ALL FAT OFF AND BRUSHED IT WITH OLIVE OIL AND AM ROASTING IT
OK HERES HOW;
I TOOK A YOUNG CHICKEN FIRST I HAD TO STERILIZE THE SINK W2ITH CLOROX AND SOAP SO I COULD WASH THE THING THEN I TOOK IT APART TOOK OUT THE STUFF INSIDE GIZZARDS ETC AND TOSSED THEM I WASHED THE CHICKEN AND GOT SOME FRESH BASIL AND LIFTED THE SKIN OVER THE BREAST AND PLACED BASIL INSIDE IT ANS SALT ROCK TYPE SEA SALT AND THEN I RUBBED OLVIE OIL OVER THE TOP AND INSIDE AND SPERINKLED THE ROCK SALT OVER THE TOP AND GROUND FRESH PEPPER ON IT AND STUCK IN THE OVEN TO ROAST.
I THINK ILL MAKE MASHED POTATOES FOR IT LATER AND MAKE A SALAD I NEED SPINACH And strawberries and orange dressing for it .
AND THE BEANS CAN BE USED OVER SEVERAL DAYS I MADE FRESH HOT SALSA LAST NIGHT FOR OUR BEANS I WILL MAKE SPANISH RICE NEW MEXICO STYLE ON SUNDAY. THE LEFT OVER CHICKEN CAN MAKE TACOS TO GO WITH IT. SOUND GOOD?.
